Ball Glazed Carrots (11 pints) - wash, peel, & cho Ball Glazed Carrots (11 pints) - wash, peel, & chop about 8 lbs of carrots. Wash 11 pint jars in hot soapy water then put in pot of hot water while you work. Boil lids & rings for 5 mins. Combine 6 cups water, 6 cups packed brown sugar & 3 cups no pulp orange juice, bring broth to a boil. Raw pack carrots to 1 inch headspace. Ladle hot broth into hot jars keeping 1 inch headspace. Wipe rim with vinegar & remove air bubbles. Add lid & finger tighten ring. Add to jars to canner. After venting steam for 10 mins, process at 10 lbs pressure for 25 mins 🥕
